For S8000 Modular pH and ORP applications which require more than a direct electrode output, plug-in electronic modules are available. Simply select the parameter type and desired amplifier/output.

The EM800 battery powered unity gain amplifier module a unity gain module allows users to send a signal up to 1000 feet remotely from the electrode to the transmitter or controller.

The EM802 pH module should be used with electrode adapter EA899TC. The 4-20mA output from the EM802-pH will already be temperature compensated via the RTD built in the sensor cartridge housing.

The EM801 differential amplifier requires the use of electrode adapter EA899TC, which incorporates a stainless steel solution ground that feeds into the EM801. This module (EM801) is useful for applications in which the ground potential of the liquid is elevated (i.e. ground loop).

The EM802 ORP module can be used with electrode adapter EA891 (submersion without temperature sensor) or EA899 (in-line without temperature sensor).

The EM802-pH is our most cost-effective solution for connecting our S8000 series pH sensors to a PLC or SCADA system. This small electronic module functions as a blind pH transmitter with 4-20mA output. No additional instrumentation is required to condition the sensor signal to be read by your PLC or SCADA. It can also be used to pair Sensorex sensors with any controller that has a 4-20mA input card. Easily connects to our S8300 Modular pH Sensor Package to form a complete pH monitoring solution.
